I am proud to be the founder of Canadians Investing and Retiring Abroad. After a 25 year career in media sales and marketing, I was fortunate to have had a ‘living experience’ in Mexico. It opened my eyes to the possibilities of a life beyond our Canadian borders – a life rich with culture, simplicity and beauty.

Upon my return to the harsh reality of an Alberta winter in 2006, I became involved with organizing information seminars on retiring to Mexico, the Mediterranean and Phoenix, Arizona. By organizing these seminars for others I came to realize that the roughly 14 million Canadian Baby Boomers (now called the Zoomers) are hungry for information on every aspect of investing in property-and-either retiring or living abroad.

This company and the website were created to provide a complete, one-stop, online resource tool that links you to experts who will provide you with current information to simplify your quest of investing in real estate abroad or retiring beyond Canada’s borders.
